Patricia d'Avila est née en 1975. En 2002, elle a obtenu le titre d'avocate.



Elle dispose d'une large expérience dans tous les domaines du droit public anglais, notamment le droit administratif et l'application de droit public. Elle a également une grande expérience dans le domaine droit anglais civil, commercial et immobilier. 



Elle a, dans le cadre de son activité au Conseil régional de Barnet, en sa qualité de "senior solicitor", eu l'occasion de procéder à l'externalisation de nombreuses fonctions publiques au secteur privé. Ce projet est un des plus grand et ambitieux de son genre en Grande-Bretagne. Elle a, à ce titre, eu la chance de gérer l'ensemble des opérations pratiques nécessaires à cette externalisation. En outre, elle s'est occupée de la rédaction et de la vérification des contrats établis durant cette opération.



Enfin, elle est spécialisée dans le domaine des marchés publics et du droit européen applicable aux Royaume-Uni, particulièrement le droit des contrats publics et de la protection des données.

She has extensive experience in all areas of English public law, including administrative law and the application of public law. She also has extensive experience in English civil, commercial and real estate law. 



In the course of her work at the Barnet Regional Council, as a senior solicitor, she has had the opportunity to outsource many public functions to the private sector. This project is one of the largest and most ambitious of its kind in Great Britain. As such, she was fortunate to manage all the practical operations required for this outsourcing. In addition, she was responsible for drafting and checking the contracts drawn up during this operation.



Finally, she is specialized in the field of public procurement and European law applicable in the United Kingdom, particularly public contract law and data protection law.
